If you follow the links at the top, we now have a Wiki, which presents how to do what Reformer will do for you, manually, and it also has a FAQ and a few other items.
For those who are too lazy to click the above link you can find them here

Today marks the first SVN release, it doesn’t delete or add packages just yet, but it will display them and a few other things, read the codes comments for more information
If you want to view the current code you can do this anytime by checking out the SVN repository
svn checkout http://osxreformer.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ osxreformer-read-only
The code is read-only to non-members
Please note that none of the SVN releases will include the Distribution.xml file that it talks about, this file is copyrighted and therefore I cannot include it
If you would like to use it, you will have to get it yourself by copying it from the OS X Install Disk
It is in either OSInstall.mpkg or OSInstall.pkg folder

Reformer is, or will hopefully be, an application for customizing the Mac OS X Installer, and by customize I mean that it will provide a very easy way to add and remove packages to the OS X Installer, allowing you to have software installed during the Mac OS X Setup, saving you lots of time and annoyance. It will be released for Linux and Mac OS X, the Linux version will require Mono. Contrary to the below Pre-Alpha screenshot, it will not be released anytime soon if ever for Windows, due to lack of an open source HFS+ mounting library, the Linux version is being developed on Windows.
